The AWS / Esri Platform Architect is responsible for the design, deployment, and operational oversight of the organization’s hosted geospatial platform running within AWS.
This role is both operational and strategic, contributing directly to technical decisions regarding the architecture, performance, and reliability of the platform.
This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in the Esri ecosystem in a cloud infrastructure, guiding architectural decisions related to ArcGIS Enterprise deployments, map service hosting, licensing infrastructure, and supporting spatial database environments.
The role will work closely with peers, product teams, Implementation, and customer support teams to ensure the platform operates reliably and scales effectively to meet customer needs.
