Hostel Assistant - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast Join the team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Belfast as a Hostel Assistant and support the delivery of essential accommodation services within the local community. About the role:

£13.69 per hour

37 hours a week

Duration: Temporary role with chance of extension 

What you'll be doing in this role:

Support new residents with registration and advice on relevant particulars

Assist in hostel maintenance, including cleaning duties and identifying and reporting repairs needed

Liaising with the housing advisors to help address resident's support needs

Other duties when required including health and safety checks

What you'll need for this role:

1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with customer service and IT skills

Experience in dealing with difficult situations
