Position Overview

1. Operational Planning & Administration

  • Plan and manage Hostel Assistant duty rosters and overtime (OT).
  • Update and maintain records of leave and absenteeism.
  • Handle documentation and proper record-keeping.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on hostel condition, project progress, and task completion to management.

2. Hostel Operations (Ad-hoc Duties)

  • Handle tenant check-in and check-out processes.
  • Set up and manage door access scan cards.
  • Control and monitor keys and access cards.
  • Monitor and track progress of all ongoing projects.
  • Carry out assignments instructed by top management.

Working Days : 5 days working days
