1. Operational Planning & Administration
- Plan and manage Hostel Assistant duty rosters and overtime (OT).
- Update and maintain records of leave and absenteeism.
- Handle documentation and proper record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on hostel condition, project progress, and task completion to management.
2. Hostel Operations (Ad-hoc Duties)
- Handle tenant check-in and check-out processes.
- Set up and manage door access scan cards.
- Control and monitor keys and access cards.
- Monitor and track progress of all ongoing projects.
- Carry out assignments instructed by top management.
