Greets guest entering the restaurant Assists with coats, hats umbrella (where applicable) in cold or wet weather or directs guest to appropriate place to store their items Accompanies guests to tables carrying drinks on trays when possible handing out menus Monitors conditions and flow of service of the dining room for potential bottlenecks or problems adjusting the seating of servers and stations to best serve the experience of the guest Communicates all significant matters to supervisor and assist in prompt corrective action Performs any helpful chore such as bussing and resetting tables to expedite the seating of our guests Answers the phone using p...
