Hotel and restaurant worker. In this role, you will work both in reception and in our à la carte restaurant AIKA. Our dedicated front‑house team plays the key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their holiday and all their wishes are met.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at reception.
• Explain hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
• Assist guests with booking outdoor experiences and other services.
• Manage guest communication via e‑mail and other booking channels.
• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, dishes, and bar.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience working in a hotel and à la carte restaurant.
• Preferred: proficiency in Finnish, though not mandatory.
• Must have Finnish hygiene and alcohol pass.
• Flexible, guest‑oriented team player able to multitask and handle pressure.
