This position is for a true star luxury hotel internationally Branded in Cairo Egypt. Renovation or Opening experience is preferred and upscale and luxury hotel background definitely mandatory . Reporting to the General Manager of the property, the position will direct the overall food and beverage strategy of the restaurants and in room dining and work collaboratively to service a large number of guests annually. The Director of Food and Beverage will regularly research all competitive industry concepts and oversee the Food and Beverage operation to ensure financial targets and superior food service standards are met or exceeded while taking proactive measures to maximize performance.
