Overview Guest Room Attendant Guest Room Attendants (GRA) play a significant role by ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned and serviced, providing a comfortable, welcoming, and pleasant experience for guests. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms according to department guidelines and high standards. Ensure all room amenities are stocked and displayed in the appropriate manner. Ensure all fixtures are in perfect working order. Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels, dust, vacuum, mop floors and empty trash. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
