Position: Hotel Kitchen Assistant

Work Week & Shift: 6 days

Location: Central Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to established quality standards .
• Ensure sufficient ingredients and supplies are ready for daily operations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene policies .
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, cooking areas, and equipment.
• Support the team with any other ad‑hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate .
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Able to work independently while contributing to the team.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays .
