This role forms part of the senior operations team at The Bay Hotel, located in Camps Bay, Cape Town.

The Role

As Hotel Manager at The Bay Hotel, you carry full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the property. You lead through your Heads of Department, ensuring smooth operations, consistent standards and a strong service culture across all areas of the hotel.

You act as the on‑site ambassador for both The Bay Hotel and the Village n Life brand, balancing guest satisfaction, team leadership and commercial discipline. Working closely with Group Operations, property stakeholders and support teams, you ensure standards are upheld, risks are managed and the hotel operates efficiently within a seven‑day hospitality environment.

This role requires confident leadership, operational sharpness and a visible, hands‑on presence across the hotel.
