We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Aparthotel Receptionist to join our team!
This is a hands‑on role that prioritises delivering an exceptional experience to each of our Aparthotel guests. Together with your fellow Receptionists, you’ll welcome guests to our amazing Aparthotels in Cape Town, recommend unique experiences in and around the city, and ensure our guests are happy at all times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcome guests as they arrive and make sure they have the best possible check‑in
- Make sure our guests are happy - attend to any questions or concerns raised by guests
- Liaise between Guest Experience, Property Managers, Operations, Concierges and most importantly, guests
- Answering emails, messages and phone calls
- Creating bookings and taking payments
- Problem‑solving with your Team on a daily basis
