The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients and corporate accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
- Monitor market trends, competition and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations.
