Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 5 Hours per day
Main duties and responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to all direct reports (housekeeping staff, catering staff, cleaning operatives). Support a strong team dynamic by being a team player and a role model.and Lead by example to others. Support the integration of care through collaboration throughout the various teams. Communicate effectively with all staff, residents, external professionals, and other visitors. Work efficiently with administration, care, and maintenance staff. and take part in multidisciplinary care meetings.
