The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of residential or commercial premises. The role ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for occupants or guests at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Wash, dry, iron, and organize laundry
- Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, and appliances
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain cleanliness according to health and safety standards
- Assist with basic household tasks when required
