Job Description

• Responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the immediate Supervisor, homeowner, or manager in-charge.
• They must complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, and mopping floors.
• Some Housekeepers change linens, wash dishes, and do light ironing and laundry.

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily routine operations

• Sweep and pick up litter.
• Dispose of trash to the main depository of the building and clean and maintenance of garbage rooms and garbage chutes.
• Ground maintenance, thoroughly clean driveways, immediate surroundings of the building and other common areas.
• Maintain Parking Areas through the cleaning of parking floors, walls and ceilings.
• Sweep, damp-mop, polish and crystallization of all floors, walls and ceilings.
