The role contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment in accordance with Gamra by Mantis and Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, villas, and bathrooms in accordance with hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, replenish guest amenities, and ensure all room facilities are in proper working order.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Ensure rooms are prepared efficiently to meet arrival and departure schedules.
• Report maintenance defects and safety hazards promptly.
