Impeccable Cleanliness — Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the spa 
Linen & Supply Care — Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies with accuracy and consistency
Cleaning Standards — Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and Fairmont brand standards
Maintenance Reporting — Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly 
Guest Privacy — Handle guest belongings with absolute respect, discretion, and professionalism
Guest Interaction — Respond warmly and professionally to guest requests with a guest‑first mindset
Health & Safety Compliance — Adhere to hygiene, COSHH, and manual‑handling regulations
Daily Briefings — Participate in briefings and ongoing training to maintain service excellence
