What do we expect from you? Under the guidance of the Director of Housekeeping or any other authorized by the management, we are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator who is detail-oriented and an organized individual. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
How your day looks like: - Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment
