Job Description
Responsible for overall hotel upkeep and maintenance. Officiating executive housekeeper in absence of executive housekeeper. Tracking guest satisfaction, meeting guests and ensuring guest delight. Ensuring rooms and public areas are maintained as per aesthetics and LQA standards at all times. Responsible for major refurbishments, deep cleaning of rooms and VIP movements. Conducting daily briefings and auditing floor supervisors and assistant managers for room checks. Approval and reordering of new/old housekeeping related items/amenities.
