The Housekeeping Manager oversees the general cleanliness, order and hygiene standards of all office buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Reports directly to the CX Lead
- Develops effective housekeeping policies and standards across all office buildings
- Oversees the performance of the housekeeping staff in terms of cleanliness, order and sanitation of their assigned office buildings. Selects TPM housekeeping personnel that are capable of delivering exceptional service
- Collaborates with the Cluster and Building Managers in maintaining the upkeep of their buildings
- Conducts trainings, seminars to admin and housekeeping personnel on the proper maintenance of different areas of the building
- Ensures that the stocks of housekeeping supplies and equipment are adequate
