Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary. Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff. Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels. Manage housekeeping inventories, supplies, amenities, and linen control. Monitor departmental budgets and control operating costs.
