Scope of Position
The Public Area Attendant will provide professional cleaning and servicing of all public areas; including hotel lobby, corridors, meeting rooms, business center, stairs, restrooms, and staff areas ensuring hotel standards are met.
Position Requirements
Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment. Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and hotel guests. Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/ machinery. Previous housekeeping experience in a large hotel environment preferred. Responsibilities
