Job Summary

As a Room Attendant, you will maintain andclean guest rooms and public areas, replenish supplies, coordinate laundryservices, and report maintenance issues to ensure a high standard of guestcomfort and satisfaction.

As the Room Attendant , we rely on you to:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Shangri-La room standards to ensure a welcoming environment
• Replenish room supplies promptly to meet guest needs
• Coordinate with valets to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the guestrooms and uphold resort standards
