Housekeeping Supervisor

Babylonstoren is seeking an energetic, organised, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the Housekeeping Department and for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation for which Babylonstoren is renowned. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities Supervise and support housekeeping staff in their daily duties. Manage daily tasks, work schedules, and staff allocations. Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms, public areas, and surrounding gardens. Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance requirements.
