Position Overview
**Financial Returns:**
β’ Works with Assistant Housekeeping Manager to ensure department cost and expenses are in line with department budget.
**People:**
β’ Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:
1. Bedroom service
2. Bathroom service
3. Cleaning service
4. Linen maintenance
**Guest Experience:**
β’ Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
β’ Prioritise arrival rooms
β’ Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements
β’ Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
β’ Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
β’ Management of lost property for the hotel
β’ Manage all special requests made by
guests
