Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee

Location: Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, 5‑star hotel on Passeig de Gràcia, 120 rooms and suites.

About the role: The Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee supports the supervisory team while gaining comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and people management. This role prepares the trainee for a future supervisory position within the department and reports to the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Mandarin Oriental cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the work of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and other housekeeping colleagues.
