Job Duties:
Services, cleans and restocks supplies in restroomsGathers and empties trashCleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuumingFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment; mixes cleaning solutions according to specificationsStrips, seals, finishes and polishes floors as neededNotifies maintenance manager concerning the need for repairsRequisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesCleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors as neededSteam-cleans or shampoos carpets and remove stainsCleans and polishes furniture and fixturesDusts furniture, walls, machines and equipment as neededPerforms additional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
