The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective high quality reception/ clerical/ administrative service whilst delivering high levels of customer services.
The Housing Assistant will:-
Be office basedAction termination of tenancies including dealing with keys from outgoing tenantsRegister, update, assess and maintain Housing Register ApplicationsAssist with the annual review of the Housing Register, processing and replying to website messages and dealing with change of circumstances requests.Provide an initial advice service to customers in housing need and those with a related enquiry, establish needs and sign post for further assistance as appropriate.
