Job Title: Housing Case Manager Department: Housing

Reports to: COC/CMHA Housing Manager Effective Date: 7/6/26

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch. Occasional schedule flexibility is required, which may include adjusting weekday hours or working one weekend day to accommodate participant needs.

Job Summary:

As the Housing Case Manager you will provide case management to survivors of Domestic Violence experiencing housing instability.
