Position Summary

Responsible for providing independent operational support by assisting in the coordination of programs under the Leased Housing Department in the delivery of these services, and for planning, developing, implementing, stabilization, eviction prevention, maintaining, evaluating, and overseeing programs designed to increase the economic self-sufficiency of program participants. Responsible for the Commission s Program policies and procedures are met in accordance with HUD, federal, local, and other applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures. Responsible for the Commission receiving at least a satisfactory rating concerning HUD agency scoring systems such as Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) and other future HUD required evaluation systems.
