Summary This position is a Housing Management Specialist, GS- 1173-11 working in Grand Canyon, Arizona for the IM-1541-GRCA. Responsibilities As a Housing Management Specialist your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the administrative management of the of the park's Government- Furnished Housing (GFH) program Prepares annual rental rates vis IQMIS and provides cost and rental agreement information to park tenants. Management of associated automated data systems. Performs a wide variety of necessary budgetary, accounting, and other administrative duties Responsible for supervision of staff assigned to the park's Housing Management Program.
