The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as the Housing Privatization Program Manager responsible for ensuring project owner's (PO) compliance with transaction documents. Also provides financial management oversight and analysis regarding the fiscal health of the project. Responsibilities Manages daily work associated with the operations and utilization of privatized housing. Performs financial analysis of installation housing privatization project and housing operations and maintenance (O&M) accounts using financial statements, budgets, historical data, and personal research.
