Your new role Manage a designated housing patch, delivering a full tenancy management service Act as the main point of contact for tenants, dealing with a range of housing enquiries Manage rent accounts and arrears, taking appropriate action to support recovery Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour cases in line with policy Carry out tenancy visits, estate inspections, and property checks Support voids and allocations processes, ensuring minimal turnaround times Liaise with repairs and maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
