Position Summary:

The Housing Subsidy Liaison leads the organization’s Housing Subsidy Program as awarded by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). To protect the safety of the individuals we support and staff, Springbrook requires new employees to be current on all recommended vaccinations, including but not limited to: COVID-19.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Comprehensively applies OPWDD Housing Subsidy Program ADM 2022-03 (https://opwdd.ny.gov/system/files/documents/2022/03/adm-housing-subsidy-final-3.10.22.pdf) guidance, creating easy to use and audit-safe housing subsidy opportunities.

+ Ensures enrollees meet eligibility requirements, allowable housing is selected, and meets quality assurance expectations.

+ Organizes, informs, and ensures the completion of the annual recertification of OPWDD housing subsidy process for all enrollees.
