Overview

This position supports the Family Housing Annex to include field supervision and ensures housing inspections are up to date, kept clean, and safe for all tenants

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Provide daily information regarding work status and on-going progress in the 1401000 Annex. • Performs Change of Occupancy Maintenance inspections (pre- & final), both with V2X and the USG. • Maintain an accurate work order log as well as submitting and closing out work orders. • Receives guidance and direction as necessary from the Family Housing Manager with regards to policies. • Must be fluent in written and oral English and present in courteous manner, duties require frequent interaction with government representatives. • May be required to act as direct supervisor in the absence of the Family Housing Manager. • Inspections are to be conducted regarding physical work performed and Maximo spot checking regarding work order compliance and resp...
