The HPC and Storage Technology Consultant role is onsite, primarily working from an HPE partner customer office. The consultant will provide technical consulting to external customers and internal project teams, focusing on HPC solutions and associated storage technologies.
Responsibilities - Support and deliver high‑end HPC solutions for customers, including both hardware and software for massively parallel (MPP) supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage systems on a 24×7 basis.
- Work under minimal supervision as part of a team of HPC experts.
- Support the pre‑sales team in scoping and sizing HPC services when required.
- Manage day‑to‑day HPC support and maintenance activity as the dedicated account site in UAE‑Abu Dhabi.
- Analyze, qualify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with appropriate level of autonomy and coordinate with L2 and L3 support.
