About the Role

As an HPS Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Harman Production System HPS) and factory-wide 5S standards in line with VDA 19.2 cleanliness requirements. You will coordinate the introduction of Lean tools across production, logistics, and support areas while leading training initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
