Responsibilities

• Learns sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions.
• Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.
• Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients; maintains and develops relationships with clients.
• Assists customers by providing information such as product or service quotes.
• Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives.
• Makes rapid and accurate calculations.
• Records sales and sends a copy to the sales team.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training.
• Ensures training standards and quality are consistently met.
• Mentors and guides employees to improve skills and productivity.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports).
