Position Overview

Learns sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions. 
Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business. 
Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients. Maintains and develops relationships with clients. 
Assists customers by providing them with information like product or service quotes. 
Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives. 
Makes rapid and accurate calculations. 
Records sales and sends a copy to the sales team. 
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training. 
Ensure training standards and quality are consistently met 
Mentor and guide employees to improve skills and productivity 
Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports) 
Intermediate customer service skills 
Exceptional communication skills
