  • Recruitment order management, including placing recruitment orders with partner agents, arranging sales staff interviews, and controlling the recruitment process.
  • Company cost control, including daily preparation of various financial statements and records, and summarizing and recording various applications and worker entry information.
  • Financial support, assisting the company's accounting firm with bookkeeping, tax filing, CPF, and tax matters.
  • Supporting smooth communication and efficient operation of the company team, following the boss's instructions and executing work tasks. Handling MOM worker applications, issue requests, bank card applications, ICA visa applications, and other related applications. Also handling other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the boss.
