Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Assist in HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, documentation etc).  
Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmations etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.  
Maintain records of staff certifications, training courses (e.g., SSIC, hot work), and entry passes; ensure timely renewal and schedules updates.  
Perform data entry for leave, medical leave, and staff claims (overseas and local) if any.  
Handle employee queries on HR matters professionally.  
 Administrative Support  Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL  
Arrange travel-related matters (visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance etc)
