Position Overview

Graduate of aBachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 
At least1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role . 
Knowledgeable inHR functions such as payroll, benefits, last pay processing, booking, and travel allowance . 
With anunderstanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures . 
Proven experience as anHR Officer is an advantage. 
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
Outstanding organizational and time management skills . 
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). 
Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities . 
Demonstratesintegrity, strong ethics, and reliability .
