HR Admin cum Payroll Assistant (1 Day WFH)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon–Fri)
Salary: $2,000 – $2,700
Location: Bedok
Job Responsibilities - Provide HR and office administrative support
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation and payroll administration
- Process staff claims, reimbursements, and invoices accurately
- Calculate and submit CPF on time
- Handle IRAS matters, including annual tax filing and tax clearance
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll, CPF, tax, and payments
- Prepare HR documents for audits
- Support onboarding and general employee administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred
