Position Overview

HR Admin cum Payroll Assistant (1 Day WFH)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon–Fri)

Salary: $2,000 – $2,700

Location: Bedok

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide HR and office administrative support
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll preparation and payroll administration
  • Process staff claims, reimbursements, and invoices accurately
  • Calculate and submit CPF on time
  • Handle IRAS matters, including annual tax filing and tax clearance
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll, CPF, tax, and payments
  • Prepare HR documents for audits
  • Support onboarding and general employee administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred
