- Support workforce planning by identifying current and future talent needs.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage employee compensation and benefits structures.

REQUIREMENTS What We're Looking For - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
