HR Role :
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions on recruitment portals and managing the recruitment process.
• Screening of Resumes, initiating 1st round of Interview & lining up of interviews for 2 round.
• Maintaining database of resumes.
• Providing Job Offer letters to selected candidates & completing joining formalities.
• Giving induction program to new employees and orientating them with the company policies & procedures.
• Handholding new employees, making them comfortable and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Admin Role :
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule & make arrangement for in-house and external events
• Manage house-keeping activities and ensure clean & hygienic workplace.
