Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Handle employee's staff claim 
Perform administrative support for HR duties 
New employee's orientation 
Maintain and update Staff Profile, annual leave etc 
Annual renewal of corporate licenses, and insurance 
Maintain proper filling of documentation and records 
Maintain Fixed Assets and IT Listing 
Responsible for office administration and filing 
Assist in recruitment posting 
 Requirements  Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Accounting/Administration or equivalent 
Preferably at least 2 years or more relevant working experience in the related field 
Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment 
Team player who has initiative and able to multi task 
Fast learner
