JOB SUMMARY
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Country Head in managing all Human Resources and Administrative functions of the local entity.
- Ensure alignment of local operations with ASUS Headquarters’ policies and full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR and administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence to support organizational growth and efficiency.

- Oversee and coordinate legal, compliance, and administrative matters with ASUS Headquarters and external stakeholders in line with company strategy and objectives.
