Position Overview

Our client business is beverage global (water and supplement). 

Responsibilities

  • Handling overall HR Admin with VISA and work permit parts.
  • Collaborating with HQ (Malaysia) and HRBP in Thailand.
  • Monitoring employee all branch (Thailand and overseas) in relocation.
  • Coordinating with immigration.
  • Memployeescin ost branch employee in allowance (Transportation, House Allowance, etc.).
  • Collaborating with HR outsource for payroll or some work permit and visa process.
  • Reporting to HQ.
  • Handling other tasks outsourcing.
  • Qualifications

  • 30 – 42 years old.
  • Earned bachelor’s degree.
  • Have experience in Personal Assistant or Administrative over 3 years.
  • Good command of English (Business level.)
  • Willing to work in international environment.
