Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment activities and coordinating interviews.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

  • Assist with attendance, leave administration, and payroll preparation.

  • Arrange air ticket and accommodation bookings for employees business trips.

  • Coordinate staff training, welfare activities, and company events.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience are welcomed
