Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits
• Maintain accurate records within the HRIS
• Prepare and finalize offer letters and employee documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Support the performance review documentation process
Requirements:
