Position Overview

Job Title: People Administrator

Salary: Up to Β£28,000 per annum

Contract: Fixed term 1 year- starting July 2026

Location: Letchworth Head Office, moving to Hitchin in Summer 2026

We are seeking a People Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the People function across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for people-related queries and will play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working with people and contributing to a positive workplace and wishes to learn and develop in their HR career.

Responsibilities:

Providing day to day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding

Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
